Auto open & close - so handy!
I won't  purchase an umbrella unless it's auto open and close.  I usually have my hands full and it's hard to manage closing an umbrella if you need to use both hands.  Who wants to put their stuff down in wetness and rain?  Not me!  This umbrella feels nice and sturdy.  The hardware and ribs are firm and well attached.  I do find that the button is a little hard to press.  It may loosen up a bit with usage, but right now since it's so new, it's firm.  All in all, a really nice value for the price.

I bought this to take backpacking, but at 13.4 oz and barely large enough to cover my head & my pack I'll likely change to a rain hat instead. This one is a keeper though, and will live in my car so I'm never trapped without an umbrella again.
