I have an older SUV that has a very small ashtray in it that I have never used. I always used a cup style ashtray in my car but my biggest complaint about it has been that I cannot see it in the dark and have actually missed the ashtray before creating an ash mess in my car. I have seen light up versions in discount and auto stores but honestly they have been much higher priced. I ordered this one to give it a try. I love this one as it is silver in color on the outside which it makes it already easy to see than a black one, but the best thing is there is an LED that is blue in color so you can see exactly where the ashtray is. The light is a good blue color so it is not distracting when you drive which I also like. It is easy to keep clean and eliminates having ash all over your car. Plus this is a smokeless ashtray which is also a plus to help reduce the amount of smoke floating around in your car. This is a great ashtray at an awesome price that I am so happy I was able to find.
