This Quik Shade is very nice, very big and works well so far
This Quik Shade is very nice, very big and works well so far. The easy release handles are awesome and my wife, who has trouble with her hands, can now help with putting up or taking down the canopy. Since this was labeled a "Commercial" grade product, I expected commercial grade materials and refinements which are not there. There are a few items though that lead me to bring this down to a 4 star. I've taken pictures to show what the issues are and hopefully they will appear in the same order as the issue.1. When the Quik Shade arrived, there was already a hole developing on the carrying case. I plan on contacting Bravo Sports next week to see if I can get a new case shipped under warranty as this whole will get larger as we use this more and more.2. Most canopies have small velcro strips to help secure the canopy to the frame. This unit does not. While the unit is up, it's very tight and works well but when you fold the unit to store it, the canopy constantly wants to come off the frame. It's a small thing but it would be nice to have the option to secure the canopy to the frame to make the folding up of the unit quicker. And yes during the down season we will plan on taking off the top, folding it and storing it off the frame.3. The caring case is nice, but it needs to have a handle on the top lid. Having a handle on the top lid will make it much easier to roll around. Also this side of the case will get worn out the fastest so this should be made out of thicker material or be doubled up for better wear and tear.4. First time we put up the tent we freaked out because one of the poles had creases in them. At first we though it was bent but realized all four poles have the exact same crease in them. Since there were no instructions in the box, nothing warned us about these creases. It would be nice if there were instructions in the box or something tied to the poles that says "Bottom pole has creases in their design to help with the release latch" or something like that.Otherwise we've used this tent twice now for two separate events and it has worked very well. I do miss having some type of air release vents on the top of the canopy that our last tent had, but this should do us fine for now.Hope this helps.Updated 8/27/2017: One of the pegs that hold up the legs broke right at the 1 year mark. Checking to see if it's convered under warranty since it happened before the 1 year anniversary.

1.0 out of 5 stars Don't waist your money. Not impressed did not hold up.
Reviewed in the United States on June 9, 2017
Let me start by saying this is the first product review for me ever. I am reviewing this product because I am extremely disappointed in the product. I was buying a canopy to replace my three year old canopy that broke because camping season was starting for us. I looked at several stores and throughout Amazon and settled on this canopy. I was looking for something sturdy and well made and this canopy bragged about being commercial grade and reinforced beams so I thought it would last. I was wrong. When the canopy arrived the box was pretty damaged and when we opened the box sure enough the plastic covering of one of the legs was cracked (see picture). We decided to go on and use it because our annual Memorial Day camp trip was only a few days away. We went camping Memorial Day weekend expecting some storms so I went on and bought the weighted plates for extra support and to take the beach in July. We got a storm overnight like expected. We had the canopy down on its lowest setting to help keep it from catching wind but it didn't work. We woke up to our canopy being blown over into another campsite and broken. The "reininforced" beams did not hold up as one broke and now the canopy is useless. The roof which was suppose to be tougher material developed a rip that renders it useless as well. I am attaching pictures below so you can make a better decision than I did. I bought this canopy excited and hoping I'd finally found a good quality, durable, canopy that would last. Instead I waisted $150 and now have no canopy. I do not recommend this canopy and am extremely frustrated with its durability. It arrived busted and was blown over by a storm and broken despite the proper precaution I and the maker had taken to "reinforce" the product. Look elsewhere.
