- Reviewed in the United States on December 8, 2011Yes, I purchased this product two years ago, when my daughter was five. She is now seven, and I still have the coloring book. The images are amazing, and have incredibly intricate details to them. I loved watching her, at times, add additional squiggles/embellishments to "her" vision of the wizards. Her sole complaint regarding the book was that there weren't enough female wizards. Truthfully, the book has an equal (or fairly equal split). She colored all of the lady wizards, and then decided--which tells me she had a great deal of fun working on this coloring book--that the male wizards warranted her attention as well.
Coloring books are phenomenal, and I know that parents don't always consider Dover as age appropriate, opting instead for coloring books featuring the Disney princes, etc., but I have to say these books are tremendously fun (too) , and varied in theme. Also, compared to many affordable coloring books out there (those meant for children), the page quality is remarkable, significantly thicker than the pages of most children's coloring books.
I love this book (have purchased many Dover publications for my daughter over the years, and she has gotten much use of of each of them. Highly recommend for your coloring AND wizard enthusiast.

- Reviewed in the United States on January 17, 2018Marty Noble is an amazing artist. Such beautiful images. This book is pretty detailed but I think it’s a great book for every colorist. The paper is great only downside is the images are double sided but at such a cheap price you can buy 2. Grab this book today you won’t be disappointed.
- Reviewed in the United States on September 14, 2016The ONLYYYY reason I'm taking one star off is because it is printed on both sides. However, I got the book on sale ($3.99) and purchased 2 so that ends up being overall the same price as alot of books anyway. This way I don't have to waste one of the sides. I color with pencils (which do not ruin the back), crayons (for simple pictures), but markers and gel pens ruin the other side, and I do like a variety of utensils depending on my mood and the picture. Marty Noble is a really talented artist. I have many of her books and it's hard to pick a favorite. This one is particularly awesome because in a world of mandalas and zendoodles and mosaics, it is nice to have something ELSE for a change :) The wizards are in a variety of poses and scenes and are detailed but not tedious or a chore to color. Just FUN! What is also nice is the back of the book has some girl wizards to add even more variety. Oh, and there are some dragons interspersed in the scenes. I love dragons!
- Reviewed in the United States on May 31, 2023I have been wanting this book so bad, but it always had shipping on it NO matter what. Was waiting for it to be free shipping for over $25.00. I have seen yt videos of people coloring in this beautiful book. Thanks Marty Noble for a wonderful book.
- Reviewed in the United States on September 3, 2022This is a lovely book, as Marty Noble's art work is always outstanding. I had to give it three stars due to the book being crumbled up and it was in a box.

- Reviewed in the United States on May 16, 2016I purchased this engaging Marty Noble coloring book for my husband as he was recovering from back surgery. He really enjoyed and appreciated the quality art work and variety of subject matter. This book has double sided pages and it is a good idea to insert a clean blank page or two under the page you are coloring. Look forward to purchasing another Marty Noble coloring book in the future!
- Reviewed in the United States on November 20, 2010I'm a college student, an uncle and I still love to color. Coloring is fun for all ages and what's better than coloring in fantasy creatures and wizards? Older folks shouldn't feel weird about coloring, the ones that don't should! It's an excellent way to slow down time and bring people back to their childhood one page at a time. Moreover it's a fantastic way to relax with a simple task of making your imagination run away with itself.

5.0 out of 5 stars J'adore ces coloriages

5.0 out of 5 stars Magical detailed pages filled with princesses & wizards
This is the first book of wizards that I have bought and it is even better than I had imagined it would be. Half of the 30 drawings are of princesses and the other half are wizards. The pages are double sided which make it impossible to colour in with alcohol pens so I will use colouring pencils instead to avoid the bleed through.
The pictures are all different and all ages will love this book. Each page is framed and the pages are not perforated so you would need to be cautious when removing the page from the book. Lots of detail such as dragons, castles, spell books, wands & crystal balls.
I highly recommend this book and once coloured in the pictures would look really good in a picture frame.

5.0 out of 5 stars Gorgeous!
I bought this for my wife and kids to colour and it was certainly well worth the price. The pictures are beautiful and have plenty of variety, in a format that is larger than I was expecting.

4.0 out of 5 stars Schöne Zeichnungen , leider beidseitig bedruckt
