Quick delivery. I absolutely love this product. I have 2-hour of foot and body massage every two weeks but the massage only offers temporary relief. I work long hours and in a sedantary so I suffer chronic neck, shoulder and back pain. The days I don't have a massage, I have so much pain. When I saw this massager in Amazon.com, I was amazed at the affordable price so I ordered it to see if it would help me.
Upon its arrival, I used it immediately and got instant relief and I was able to turn my stiff neck to the right and left with not much pain. Since then, I have been using this massage every day. I will also go back to my Yoga practice and make sure I stretch daily, something I have not done for over 2 to 3 years due to my long working hours.
Below are some of my tips:
When I feel that the kneeding is too hard on certain part of my body, I would put it a little bit away from the affected area, just enough so that I could still feel the kneeding, but with no pain. I use it on different part of my body (even on my stomach because I am trying to lose my belly fat and a Chinese doctor suggests I massage my stomach daily), my arm, legs and palms EXCEPT my feet and place it vertically, horizontally and even diagonally on certain area of my body.
I lay it on top of my floor cushions of approximately 2 feet high and the cushions are placed against the wall. Then I will sit on the floor with my back against the floor cushions. I start from the head, then neck, shoulders and upper back. When I use it on my lower back, I would place the massager between my lower back and the floor cushions. When I use it on my buttocks and hips, I sit sideways, depending on which side of the hip, leg and calf I am massaging. I use the massager while I am watching my favorite Korean or Chinese dramas.
I mentioned this massager to my acunpucturist and has suggested that I continue to use it. My chiropractor who I see twice a month would be glad to hear that I have found an effective massager because I would never let him crack my stiff neck.
I also love the heat from the massager, it does take a little bit of time to heat up but the heat feels so good. Whoever purchases this massager ought to give it a try and don't give up on it because you feel that the kneeding is too hard. The key is to lay it a bit away from the affected area so that when you don't feel any pain when the massager is kneeding.
I hope that this massager will eventually replace my bi-monthly visits to the masseuse so that I can save a couple of dollars each month.

Great machine, order one and try it out on their ninety day trial
Just got it, but have had time to do some extensive testing. A few days ago, I purchased a similar unit made by The Sonic Comfort Company at a Sams Club Road Show (Sonic Comfort Theraplus). You know the drill, ninety days "free trial", three year warranty and the cost was close to $150. Prior to purchasing, I was looking at this unit online on Amazon and had reservations due to the difference in price, the demonstrators and again I say demonstrators kept telling me that their unit used Jade Balls instead of Plastic Balls which made a big difference. After thinking for a while, I decided to buy the unit at Sams and order this unit from Amazon which also had the ninety day free trial and a three year warrantee. I placed the order with Amazon at approximately 9PM on Friday night and on Saturday about noon, the not so intelligent delivery driver left the package in front of my garage instead of my front door which is around the corner about thirty feet away. After laying both units out, I noticed that they looked identical with the exception of the color. I was able to unzip the Liba unit to look at the balls and mechanism but Sonic Comfort decided to do several things to make it impossible to look at their mechanism unless you ripped the unit appart. First of all, Sonic Comfort removed the hook from the zipper so you could not just pull on it, then after you were able to get ahold of it with something, you realized that they had sewn the end of the zipper so that you could not pull on it. After unsewing the ends, it turns out they did something else to make sure that the zipper could not be pulled back. Since the unit was going back to Sams, and the Road Show was still at Sams, I did not want to ruin the Back Massager. No where on the package or on the instruction manual did it say anything about Jade balls, but on their foot massager (separate unit for sale) they did make it a point to have a big sign on the box that said Jade Balls. Bottom line, these units look and function the same and the difference in price is just unbelievable. This unit on Amazon is a great unit, with a fantastic trial offer and an awesome price, a warranty that can't be beat. Did I say this is a good value! ...
