I love these floats and get them every two years for my pool. This year I ordered them in March, but I just tried to fill them with air in May for the pool. Unfortunately, the first one out of the box has a large cut in one of the air tubes, and the head cushion won't hold air. Since it has been past 30 days, I can't return it or get a replacement. As I mentioned, I LOVE these floats for the pool Very supportive, just the right size. They usually last through the wear and tear of two summers. I just wish I could use all of the three new ones that I bought.

My husband and my son in law are both big guys and they often like to float in the pool, relax and read a book. They needed a large raft that keeps you high enough out of the water so that your book doesn't get wet.

When I found this Sumo raft I thought I had found the perfect raft for them. So I ordered 2 rafts. The raft is nice and wide and long. They both fit comfortably on their raft.

The problem is with the durability of this raft. After a short time one of the rafts started leaking in the seam around the built in cooler. I tried to patch it but because the hole was on a seam, it was impossible to completely seal it. The raft continued to leak and had to constantly be reinflated. I threw it out and decided to order a replacement. Well, by the time the replacement arrived the other raft started leaking again from a seam. The replacement raft lasted about 1 month and then it too started to leak air!!!!

That is a total of 3 rafts that did not last even 1 pool season. These rafts are not inexpensive, I paid @ $30.00 per raft. They all leaked on a seam and I was unable to successfully patch any of them. Another cheap poorly made product from China. So beware of these rafts, they are not worth the money or the frustration. Save your money and buy a different raft.

Bought two of these. Great size, nice and durable and super comfy with multiple cup holders and a spot for your phone etc. Used these for 2 days until... my son had just applied sunscreen (spray) and hopped on. A few minutes later, he looked like a Smurf. The blue color had melted off and was all over his skin -- the pattern on the floatie smeared and distorted. Sadly, these had to go back.

I’m 6’5” tall and 240 lbs., and this float is the only one I’ve found which can deal with my mass. I’ve had 4 over the last few years. The first I purchased locally and it lasted only a couple of months before developing a leak. Each of the others has lasted the full (Florida) basking season, which generally runs from April thru October. So annually I replace it, but for the price I’m satisfied. No other that I’ve found is a good fit for someone my size.
