The two stools came fully assembled...and were exactly as advertised. I also bought something Amazon suggested I would need...which basically turned out to be pads that would be used to make a picture frame level on a wall...not anything that one would use on the bottom of chair legs. BUT, the legs were even and perfect...so I didn't need them anyway. I thought this was an excellent price for 2 stools that come fully assembled. I don't think anyone could go wrong buying them.
