Customers are mixed about the quality of the water pressure gauge. Some mention it's a functional product of decent quality, while others say that it'll only work at a certain pressure. The meter feels solid, and there were no leaks when attaching it to an outlet. That said, some say the water seems too high, and the build quality isn't great.

Customers are mixed about the leakage of the electromechanical gauge. Some mention that there was no leakage around the unit itself or into the Gauge part of the unit under the relief valve. However, others say that it leaked water badly and the gauge filled with water around the indicator. The relief valve was leaking and made them think that the pressure in their house was high. There is some dripping if you don't really crank down on it, and the spigot dripped water onto the gauge at the point where the brass material meets the gauge. Water easily squirts from the female garden hose fitting when you unscrew the valve.

Customers are disappointed with the water resistance of the electromechanical gauge. They mention that the glass fills up with water, and water can dribble into the housing. The gauge is not water tight, and it will get wet from rain, rust, and deteriorate. Some customers also say that water droplets appear on the underside of the glass and moisture is visible inside the dial.

A few other reviews mentioned leaks, although I myself didn't have that issue. It's a very cheap unit, so there could be a quality control issue with them.
I'm glad that Amazon sells these, as the hardware stores in my area didn't seem to have a clue as to what I was talking about.
Cheap, simple, works. Worth five stars in my book.
The only complaint I have, and the reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the scale. It's a little small and each mark is about 2.5 psi, not 2 or 5, so it's a little weird to count, especially for a consumer, but other than that, it seems good and has worked for it's intended purpose.
Remember, if you buy one, to measure pressure at the lowest point in the house if you're working with the water company since the upper floors and what they care about for the delivery pressure. I measured at the entry point to the building, after the meter but before any splits that might reduce local pressure.
Before attaching the product to the hose bib, I made sure the washer was installed correctly and pushed down. No leaks or fluid in the gauge. Will use this as needed elsewhere in the house
While having some plumbing work done a few years ago, I had a spigot added near where the main line enters the house. I note this as it has been handy for many reasons, not the least of which is that I can use this pressure gauge pretty much where the water enters my home for a 'real' feel for the incoming pressure. This has helped narrow problems a couple times when the house had low water flow but the incoming pressure was where it should be. It is also handy to be able to use a hose occasionally to clean up in an area that previously didn't have a hookup nearby. This is not necessary to use a pressure gauge, but something to consider if you are already having a plumber do work as it can be handy and likely not cost much to add.
All in all, I have been very pleased with this gauge. I have compared the readout against the one my plumber uses as well as another gauge I had and they all report almost identical pressures. My opinion is that if you need a pressure gauge like this it is a good choice at a fairly low price point. The only drawback, and one I knew when I purchased it, is that the gauge doesn't include a second needle that 'sticks' in place showing the highest PSI experienced which can be helpful to catch pressure fluxuations.

SO simple to use!! Just screw it on to any faucet or garden hose tap, and turn the water on. No leaks, just instant pressure reading.
Well worth the money!!
The gauge is easy to operate. There were no leaks at the attachment point. This was a very good deal as locally I would have paid double for the same item.
